NSW office, Kelsey attended to me on the morning of 29th January 2018 via a phone call. She is a great asset to your company. I found her to have just the right personality to deal with the public, she was friendly, very knowledgeable with the products I was enquiring about and when I queried something she was unsure about Kelsey investigated while I was on hold and returned within a suitable timeframe with an answer that satisfied me. absolutely NO follow up and after I made three phones calls DURING work hours and promises of returning of the call, well, it hasn't happened, thus the reason for policy cancellation. The person who discussed this was definitely good at his job, however he turned out to be the opposite, as he did not get back to me after me leaving three messages with the operator who assured me he would; And the hurdles that I have experienced because of the cancellation of this policy has been extremely stressful and the staff have been most unhelpful as when the moment came to decide to cancel the policy they have just stonewalled me at every chance, Will certainly not recommend this firm to anyone

Was the very standard call center obviously, let down though that the rep didnt mention the standard cover , Not till I asked did he even divulge that there was such option available. Which is a lesser cost ect for min differce then when asked he almost dismissed it as trival. So i went with the Top. If was a chiose available I would have liked to be informed of it. So at best now I've 30 days to pull out or not . You could have an agent call explane the differences between policies and if suitable may change. As a operation that services the older community you seem to be totally unaware or dont care for the pensioner part of that community in retrospect I view the transaction as one done with a company that is driven by profits NOT servicing you clients . Recommendations?? Thankyou Tim barlow
