  1. The Promoter is Australian Seniors Insurance Agency (“Australian Seniors”) ABN 31 604 937 902, a trading name of Greenstone Financial Services Pty Ltd (“GFS”) ABN 53 128 692 884, AFSL 343079 (collectively referred to as “the Promoter/We/Us”) of 50 Norwest Boulevard, Norwest NSW 2153.

    Insurers
  2. The insurer for car, home, landlords and pet insurance products is The Hollard Insurance Company Pty Ltd (“Hollard”) ABN 78 090 584 473, AFSL 241436. Terms, conditions, exclusions, limits and applicable sub-limits apply. Hollard does not accept any liability for reliance on the information contained in this communication other than in relation to products or services provided by Hollard.
  3. Travel insurance is issued and managed by AWP Australia Pty Ltd ABN 52 097 227 177 AFSL 245631 trading as Allianz Global Assistance (“AGA”) as agent for the insurer Allianz Australia Insurance Limited ABN 15 000 122 850 AFSL 234708 (“Allianz”). Allianz and AGA do not accept any liability for reliance on the information contained in this communication other than in relation to products or services provided by Allianz and AGA.

    Entry restrictions
  5. The Promotion is national and is open for entry by any Australian resident over the age of 18 years of age excluding:
    • employees of GFS;
    • a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a GFS employee; or
    • any person who has breached any of these Terms & Conditions.
  6. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Business names or company names will not be accepted for entry.

    Promotion Period
  7. The Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 15 April 2024 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 14 July 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

    Prize details
  8. The Prize is two (2) $5,000 Prezzee e-gift cards. There are three (3) Prizes in total, with each winner receiving two (2) $5,000 Prezzee e-gift cards (“the Prize”). The total value of each Prize is $10,000. The total value of all Prizes is $30,000.
  9. Each winner can use the Prize to redeem online or instore to the total value of $10,000 at selected retailers. See prezzee.com.au/store/prezzee-gift-card for where to redeem the Prezzee e-gift cards.
  10. The Prize is not transferrable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, gift cards, traveller’s cheques, cash passports or any other form of currency. The Prize has no expiry date.
  11. The Prize will be issued in the name of the winning entrants.
  12. The Prize will be issued through prezzee.com.au and the winners will receive an email detailing how to receive their two (2) $5,000 Prezzee e-gift cards.

    Entry procedures
  13. To enter the Promotion, entrants must purchase a Seniors Car, Home, Contents, Landlords or Travel Insurance policy during the Promotional Period either online at seniors.com.au or through the Australian Seniors call centre.
  14. Entrants can enter by multiple methods, subject to any limitations specified in clause 13.

    Eligibility
  15. To be placed in the draw and be eligible to win, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
    • The entrant must enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period; and
    • The requirements of clauses 5, 6 and 13 must be satisfied and done in accordance with all of these Terms & Conditions; and
    • The policy purchase must be for a new policy and must not be for an amendment to an existing active policy; and
    • Only one (1) policy per product will be counted as an eligible entry. If multiple policies are purchased by the same entrant for the same product (e.g. a person purchases three (3) Seniors Car Insurance policies for three (3) separate vehicles), only one (1) policy will be counted as an entry; and
    • The car, home, contents or landlords insurance policy must remain active and in force for the duration of the Promotion Period and on the date of the draw; and
    • The travel insurance policy must have been purchased and not cancelled during the Promotion Period. It does not need to be active during the Promotion Period or date of the draw.
    This clause (clause 15) is active despite any communication of the result of the Promotion.

    Conditions of entry
  16. By entering the Promotion, each entrant is agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  17. It is a condition of entry that the winner consents to the publication of their name and State of residence in any advertisement/s or article/s relating to the Promotion or the Prize and participates in any media releases, which may include photographs or videos of the winner by the Promoter.

    The draw
  18. Eligible Entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into the draw. The draw will take place at 2:00pm AEST on 12 August 2024 at Greenstone Financial Services, 50 Norwest Blvd, Norwest NSW 2153.
  19. Eligible Winners will be drawn consecutively in three (3) draws, one draw for each sub-period within the Promotion Period. The dates of each sub-period are as follows:
    • 15 April 2024 – 14 May 2024 (draw 1)
    • 15 May 2024 – 14 June 2024 (draw 2)
    • 15 June 2024 –14 July 2024 (draw 3)
    Entries for each draw will be compiled based on the customer’s policy purchase date. For example, a customer who purchased a policy between 15 April 2024 and 14 May 2024 will only be eligible for draw 1 and not be eligible to enter draws 2 or 3. Subsequently, entries only eligible for draw 2 will not be eligible to enter draws 1 or 3, and entries only eligible for draw 3 will not be eligible to enter draws 1 or 2.
  20. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or received after close of entry will not be entered into the draw.
  21. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
  22. Incomplete entries will be disregarded.
  23. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

    Determining and notifying the winners
  24. The winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries and notified by phone and email on the contact details provided by the entrant, if satisfactory information has been provided, within two (2) days of the draw. The winners’ names and States of residence will be published on seniors.com.au for a minimum of 28 days. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners on the phone number provided when entering the promotion or such other method of contact deemed appropriate by the Promoter in its sole discretion under the circumstances. The Promoter will try to contact the winner over a 4-week period. If the winner does not claim the prize within three (3) calendar months of the date of notification as specified in clause 24, the prize will be deemed as unclaimed. This will result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found. Where eligibility of a new winner is not able to be ascertained without undertaking a redraw for the prize, a redraw in accordance with clause 29 will occur.

    Prize distribution
  25. The Prize will be sent to the winners by email to the email address provided.
  26. The Promoter shall not be liable for the loss of any prize during distribution to the winner.

    Redraw (if any)
  27. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of a drawn entrant being unable to satisfy the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion.
  28. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to ask for evidence to verify the age, identity and/or eligibility of an entrant at any time, and to use any channels and methods available to carry out checks of any details provided. The Promoter may withhold delivery of the Prize until it has received such evidence from the winner and failure to provide such evidence in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
  29. If the Prize is forfeited through ineligibility in accordance with clauses 28 or 29, or due to a failure of the winner to claim the Prize in accordance with clause 25, the Promoter will conduct a redraw, subject to the same Terms & Conditions, on 9 September 2024, at the same place as the original draw. The relevant winner will then be notified by phone and email, if satisfactory information has been provided, within two (2) days of the draw. The winner’s name and State of residence will be published on seniors.com.au for a minimum of 28 days.
  30. In the event that this redrawn prize winner is not eligible, or the Prize is not claimed by the winning entrant within three (3) months of any redraw, the Promoter will give notice to the relevant regulators of the outcome and seek advice on appropriate dispersal of the prize. This may include donation of the prize (or an equivalent dollar amount) to a registered charity.

    General
  31. The winner of the Prize (including any alternative prize) is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winning and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the Prize.
  32. The Promoter and its associated agencies will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, the use of a reward or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter, its associated agencies or any person associated with any of them, except to the extent that any liability cannot be excluded by law.
  33. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual whom the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms & Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
  34. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  35. Any eligible entrant who (in the opinion of the Promoter) tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to receive the Prize or enter further promotions run by the Promoter.
  36. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
  37. In the case of intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same Terms & Conditions, subject to State Regulation.
  38. The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
  39. All personal information disclosed in the course of this Promotion is captured and treated in accordance with Australian Seniors’ Privacy Policy (seniors.com.au/privacy-policy) (“the Policy”). By entering the Promotion, you consent to Us using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with the Policy and as set out in these Terms & Conditions.
  40. All entries become the property of the Promoter on receipt and We reserve the right to use any personal information provided by an entrant to enter the Promotion and conduct the Promotion. We may also use your personal information for related purposes such as sending you information about related products and/or promotions.
  41. The Promoter, the Prize provider, the issuer of the e-gift cards and their agents reserve the right to refuse to accept e-gift cards which are deemed to have been tampered with, defaced, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise are suspected to be affected by fraud or which have been lost or stolen following delivery.

     

Seniors Health Insurance 'Get up to $600 Off' offer terms and conditions (1 Apr 2024 - 30 Jun 2024)

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Seniors Health Insurance “Up to $600 off” (“Offer”). This Offer and these Terms and Conditions are issued by nib health fund limited ABN 83 000 124 381 (“nib”).  By participating, claimants agree to be bound by these conditions. Claims must comply with these conditions to be valid.
  2. The Promoter is Greenstone Financial Services Pty Ltd ABN 53 128 692 884, (GFS) (“PC”) of Level 5/50 Norwest Boulevard, Norwest NSW 2153 (“Promoter”).
  3. The Offer commences at 12:00 am (AEST) on 01 April 2024 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 30 June 2024(“Offer Period”). Policies joined after 11.59pm (AEST) on 30 June 2024 will not be eligible for the Offer.   
  4. This Offer is open only to Australian citizens, permanent residents of Australia or those who are entitled to full reciprocal rights under Medicare, registered for Medicare and listed on an active Medicare card, who are 18 years or over as at the date of joining (being the date of completion of join) (“Eligible Members”).
  5. The Offer is only available to Eligible members who join a Seniors Health Insurance combined Hospital and Extras health insurance product through Seniors Health Insurance’s approved channels during the Offer Period (“Eligible Product”). The Offer does not apply to the purchase of any other private health insurance product issued by nib, or any member moving from one of these products to an Eligible Product. The Offer excludes any non-health related insurance products underwritten or distributed by the nib Group (e.g. Travel).
  6. The value of the Offer that an Eligible Member is eligible to receive is determined by:
    1. the chosen Hospital cover under the Eligible Product; and
    2. whether the Eligible Product is a;
      1. Singles cover; or
      2. Couples, Families or Single Parents cover.
  7. The maximum amount that an Eligible Member can receive off their Eligible Product is set out in the tables below.

  9. For clarity, Eligible members who join an Eligible Product (during the Offer Period), which has a policy start date outside of the Offer Period, can qualify for the Offer subject to their compliance with:
    1. these Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to, the Eligibility Requirements); and
    2. any other terms and conditions imposed by nib in relation to the selection of policy start dates.
  10. The Offer consists of adjusting the “paid to” date on the qualifying policy to reflect the reduction off the premium payable for an amount equating to a maximum of AUD $600 (inclusive of GST).
  11. Eligible Members must meet all of the following requirements (“Eligibility Requirements”):
    1. The Eligible Member must successfully join an Eligible Product during the Offer Period through one of Seniors Health Insurance’s approved channels (Seniors website seniors.com.au/health-insurance or the Seniors Health Insurance call centre);
    2. The Eligible Member must maintain the Eligible Product up to the date of the Offer being applied to the active policy, being 26 June 2024 for policies purchased between 01 April 2024 and 30 April 2024 and 31 July 2024 for policies purchased between 01 May 2024 and 31 May 2024 and 28 August 2024 for policies purchased between 01 June 2024 and 30 June 2024. The Offer will be forfeited if the Eligible Member is not an active policyholder on these dates.
    3. The Eligible Member must not be a current policyholder of a product issued by nib (including Suncorp Health Insurance, Qantas Health Insurance, GU Health Insurance, AAMI Health Insurance, Apia Health Insurance, ING Health Insurance, Priceline Health Insurance, Real Health Insurance, Seniors Health Insurance, nib International Workers Health Insurance, nib Overseas Students Health Insurance or nib Corporate Health Insurance) at the time of joining the Eligible Product, or have joined and cancelled any of these policies 6 months before or during the Offer Period; and
    4. The Eligible Member must not be an employee of the Promoter or nib.
  12. Limit of one Offer per policy for each Eligible Product joined during the Offer Period.
  13. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, unless stated otherwise.
  14. If an Eligible Member has satisfied the Eligibility Requirements, the Promoter will contact the Eligible Member following fulfilment to confirm they have qualified for the Offer and that the adjustment of their “paid to” date on their policy has been adjusted to credit their policy in accordance with clause 8 of these Terms and Conditions.
  15. Each Eligible Member acknowledges that the Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or be replaced after expiry and is not legal tender, an account card, a credit or security.
  16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), nib and the Promoter exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to:
    1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under nib’s or the Promoter’s control);
    2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
    3. any tax liability incurred by a customer (independent financial advice should be sought); or
    4. accepting and/or using the Offer.
  17. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes, modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  18. nib and the Promoter may, at its sole discretion and at any time, amend, withdraw, cancel, suspend all or any part of this Offer, including replacing any part of this Offer with another offer of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Eligible Members will not be entitled to any compensation in the event that the Offer or element of the Offer has been substituted at equal or greater value.
  19. nib and the Promoter are not responsible for any undelivered emails due to an Eligible Member’s spam filters or email settings.
  20. nib reserves the right to disqualify from receipt of the Offer any persons that provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this Offer.
  21. nib and the Promoter (subject to State and Territory legislation) reserve the right to amend, withdraw, cancel or suspend this Offer if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer.
  22. Personal information will be collected by nib and the Promoter for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Offer, and to assist nib and the Promoter to improve their services. Seniors Health Insurance ‘2 and 6-month Extras Waiver’ offer terms and conditions (1 Apr 2024 - 30 Jun 2024)

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Seniors Health Insurance “2 and 6-month Extras Waiting Period Waiver” (“Waiver”). This Offer and these Terms and Conditions are issued by nib health funds limited ABN 83 000 124 381 (“nib”). By participating, Eligible Members (as defined in clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions) agree to be bound by these conditions. Claims must comply with these conditions to be valid.
  2. The Promoter is Greenstone Financial Services Pty Ltd ABN 53 128 692 884, (GFS) (“PC”) of Level 5/50 Norwest Boulevard, Norwest NSW 2153 (“Promoter”).
  3. The Waiver commences at 12:00 am (AEST) on 01 April 2024 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 June 2024 (“Waiver Period”).
  4. The Waiver is open only to Australian citizens, permanent residents of Australia or those who are entitled to full reciprocal rights under Medicare, registered for Medicare and listed on an active Medicare card, who are 18 years or over as at the date of joining (being the date of completion of join) (“Eligible Members”).
  5. The Waiver is only available to Eligible Members who join a Seniors Health Insurance combined Hospital and Extras product through Seniors Health Insurance’s approved channels during the Waiver Period (“Eligible Product”). The Waiver does not apply to the purchase of any other private health insurance product issued by nib, or any member moving from one of these products to an Eligible Product. The Waiver excludes any non-health related insurance products underwritten or distributed by the nib Group (e.g. Travel).
  6. For clarity, Eligible members who join an Eligible Product (during the Waiver Period), which has a policy start date outside of the Waiver Period, can qualify for the Waiver subject to their compliance with:
    (a) these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the Eligibility Requirements); and
    (b) any other terms and conditions imposed by nib in relation to the selection of policy start dates
  7. The Waiver consists of waiving the 2 and 6-month waiting period for Eligible Members on all Extras services that normally require a 2 or 6-month waiting period under the relevant Eligible Product. Longer waiting periods may apply for some services.
  8. Eligible Members must meet all of the following requirements (“Eligibility Requirements”):
    (a) the Eligible Member must successfully join an Eligible Product during the Waiver Period through one of Seniors Health Insurance’s approved channels (Seniors website seniors.com.au/health-insurance or the Seniors Health Insurance call centre);
    (b) the Eligible Member must not be a current policyholder of a product issued by nib (including Real Health Insurance, Seniors Health Insurance, Qantas Health Insurance, GU Health Insurance, AAMI Health Insurance, Apia Health Insurance, Suncorp Health Insurance, Priceline Health Insurance, ING, nib International Workers Insurance or nib Overseas Students Insurance) at the time of joining the Eligible Product, or have joined and cancelled any of these policies 6-months before or during the Waiver Period; and
    (c)  the Eligible Member must not be an employee of nib or the Promoter.
  9. The Waiver cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless stated otherwise.
  10. nib will apply the Waiver at the policy start date of the Eligible Product.
  11. Each Eligible Member acknowledges that the Waiver cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or be replaced after expiry and is not legal tender, an account card, a credit or security.

  15. Proof of identity, residency and eligibility is at the discretion of nib. In the event that a policyholder cannot provide suitable proof, they may forfeit the Waiver in whole and no substitute will be offered.
  16. nib reserves the right to disqualify any persons that provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this Waiver.
  17. The Promoter and nib (subject to State and Territory legislation) reserve the right to amend, withdraw, cancel or suspend this Waiver if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Waiver.

  9. For clarity, Eligible members who join an Eligible Product (during the Offer Period), which has a policy start date outside of the Offer Period, can qualify for the Offer subject to their compliance with:
    1. these Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to, the Eligibility Requirements); and
    2. any other terms and conditions imposed by nib in relation to the selection of policy start dates.
  10. The Offer consists of adjusting the “paid to” date on the qualifying policy to reflect the reduction off the premium payable for an amount equating to a maximum of AUD $600 (inclusive of GST).
  11. Eligible Members must meet all of the following requirements (“Eligibility Requirements”):
    1. The Eligible Member must successfully join an Eligible Product during the Offer Period through one of Seniors Health Insurance’s approved channels (Seniors website seniors.com.au/health-insurance or the Seniors Health Insurance call centre);
    2. The Eligible Member must maintain the Eligible Product up to the date of the Offer being applied to the active policy, being 30 April 2024 for policies purchased between 01 February 2024 and 29 February 2024 and 29 May 2024 for policies purchased between 01 March 2024 and 31 March 2024. The Offer will be forfeited if the Eligible Member is not an active policyholder on these dates.
    3. The Eligible Member must not be a current policyholder of a product issued by nib (including Suncorp Health Insurance, Qantas Health Insurance, GU Health Insurance, AAMI Health Insurance, Apia Health Insurance, ING Health Insurance, Priceline Health Insurance, Real Health Insurance, Seniors Health Insurance, nib International Workers Health Insurance, nib Overseas Students Health Insurance or nib Corporate Health Insurance) at the time of joining the Eligible Product, or have joined and cancelled any of these policies 6 months before or during the Offer Period; and
    4. The Eligible Member must not be an employee of the Promoter or nib.
  12. Limit of one Offer per policy for each Eligible Product joined during the Offer Period.
  13. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, unless stated otherwise.
  14. If an Eligible Member has satisfied the Eligibility Requirements, the Promoter will contact the Eligible Member following fulfilment to confirm they have qualified for the Offer and that the adjustment of their “paid to” date on their policy has been adjusted to credit their policy in accordance with clause 8 of these Terms and Conditions.
  15. Each Eligible Member acknowledges that the Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or be replaced after expiry and is not legal tender, an account card, a credit or security.
  16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), nib and the Promoter exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to:
    1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under nib’s or the Promoter’s control);
    2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
    3. any tax liability incurred by a customer (independent financial advice should be sought); or
    4. accepting and/or using the Offer.
  17. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes, modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  18. nib and the Promoter may, at its sole discretion and at any time, amend, withdraw, cancel, suspend all or any part of this Offer, including replacing any part of this Offer with another offer of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Eligible Members will not be entitled to any compensation in the event that the Offer or element of the Offer has been substituted at equal or greater value.
  19. nib and the Promoter are not responsible for any undelivered emails due to an Eligible Member’s spam filters or email settings.
  20. nib reserves the right to disqualify from receipt of the Offer any persons that provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this Offer.
  21. nib and the Promoter (subject to State and Territory legislation) reserve the right to amend, withdraw, cancel or suspend this Offer if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer.
  22. Personal information will be collected by nib and the Promoter for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Offer, and to assist nib and the Promoter to improve their services. By claiming this Offer, each Eligible Member consents to storage and use of their personal information by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy at seniors.com.au/privacy-collection-notice and nib’s Privacy Policy at nib.com.au/legal/privacy-policy. If the personal information is not provided, the member may not participate in this Offer.
