Great attitude, nice team, good prices, best quotes, professional... so far... Only time will tell I guess. The true measure of an insurance company is how they handle a CLAIM. All else fades into the background. So please do send me this survey again if/when I make a CLAIM.

Your policy was well priced, as every dollar counts with the constant increases in cost of everyday living, particularly for us as pensioners, I found you offer good value for money, while allowing me to maintain my independence with my car. I paid my car insurance policy and after realised I had given the wrong car details my quote was for a Ford Ranger 4X4, my Ranger is a 4X2. I contacted Seniors insurance and had the details changed and was told my quote had increased by over $50. A 4X2 Ranger is less expensive than the 4x4. I explained this to the Consultant and it fell on dear ears.
