The worst experience I have They sell me the policy ,and lie with the benefits and when trying to cancel they said that i have to write a letter or send a fax to cancel I never feel that stupid in my life How can they do that just to get a customer?

Was just interested in getting some information with regards to the Funeral Insuarance but was continually pushed in to signing up and to hand over my credit card details for something I did not want. When I confirmed with the operator that I did not want this and nothing was to be taken from my credit card they agreed but I soon found out that when my daughter-in-law rang to confirm nothing was going ahead that it had all been signed up and I had to complete an official cancellation. After explaining what had happened to this operator he also continued to forcefully try to talk me into staying, even though I made it abundantly clear I was not happy about what had happened. All of this was disappointing as I have my home & contents and car insurance though you and it was a very pleasent experience.
