VERY COURTEOUS AND PLESANT TO TALK TO AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. I ALREADY HAVE LIFE AND FUNERAL INSURANCE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY FOR OVER 6 YEARS AND WILL BE STAYING WITH THEM AND WILL BE CANCELING THIS POLICY.

The staff involved were lovely, did not make me feel like a nuisance at all, everything was done very quickly and easily, Australian Seniors seem to have a very professional and helpful team of consultants, they all deserve a big pat on the back!
