I contacted Seniors Insurance via online request form at approximately 7am and at 8:30 a lovely man called Sam Shepherd called me to discuss my query. Unfortunately I was pressed for time, so he arranged a time to call me back. We organised to speak at 1:30pm and on the dot almost he called me. Sam was extremely helpful and explained everything in a professional and easy to understand manner. Great service and a wonderful customer service representative in Sam Shepherd.

The service was good and helpful. My only complaint was I felt obliged to purchase when I just wanted to get an idea of costs and discus it with my family. I was told I could cancel at any time , but why go to all that trouble. Which I ended up doing because I decided against purchasing.

The consultant was very friendly , knowledgeable but a times spoke too fast and I had to ask him to repeat some statements(I am not deaf) He wanted a definite answer immediately-(He was a good salesman) and I wished to consult my husband but that wasn't allowed.
