Looks good, at first, new customers need to really ask for all the details before agreeing to go ahead.

Signed up for cat insurance, great price was offered, happy to go ahead. When received the policy, by email, found wrong sex for our cat. Not insured for what we wanted, routine care, they did not advise us our cat is not covered if more than 9 yrs old.

He was understanding and respectful regarding the fact that I wanted to check out several companies before I made a decision which I did. He was very polite and helpful and answered all my questions which went a long way to helping me make the decision. Plus I am a Senior and your policy turned out to be the one that suited my needs.
