Was dearer than a quote from RSPCA, but same benefits etc, seems to be a comprehensive policy.

Very quick and easy to talk to a customer service officer. I was fortunate to talk to an extremely helpful and friendly person. Only negative is that I asked for a quote only and seem to have been signed up already. Too quick, but otherwise a very good experience.

I am joining for the first time so cannot rate the product except to say it is good for customers not having an excess, even though only up to 80% of costs can be covered.

It took a few phone calls to Australian Seniors Insurance to sort out information I needed for a quote for pet insurance. Veead (apologies if misspelt) was very helpful today.

The product is good but communication between you and the insurers is lacking, as we had mistakes in the pet details Name spelt sphie instead of Sophie, Gender male instead of Female and DOB 01/02/16 instead of 20/02/16.
