I decided with all problems Australia is having that I needed a helping hand. Our older Aussies are really feeling the cost of everything, it is hurting. I sent you an email right after I paid for my car insurance to ask if correspondence could be posted to my P O Box because there didn't seem to be any way to have done this when I took out the policy on line. I asked if they would confirm my request would be carried out. No one bothered to reply to my email so I've rated you just one star.
