I sent you an email right after I paid for my car insurance to ask if correspondence could be posted to my P O Box because there didn't seem to be any way to have done this when I took out the policy on line. I asked if they would confirm my request would be carried out. No one bothered to reply to my email so I've rated you just one star.

The salesman I took out the policy with over the phone was excellent, but when I had a simple query a week later, I hoped to speak with a Seniors Insurance representative on the phone , but instead ended up dealing with a answering service and was listed for a call-back sometime in the next few days. That is very disappointing.

Over last cupple years .and they did not call bk .and when they did they were not very easy to talk to .as well as the premium. To high.so I I said I ring u guys and a lovely well spoken young lady .made it very easy .for me to understand. And the premium. Was good .as well so thanks firor the amazing service. Kind regards.
