The worst experience I have They sell me the policy ,and lie with the benefits and when trying to cancel they said that i have to write a letter or send a fax to cancel I never feel that stupid in my life How can they do that just to get a customer?

The customer service was the worst They sell me the service and later some body else tell me that the benefits they offer me wasn't true And they didn't want to cancel my policy, I have to send a letter asking to cancel both policy I never gave a bad experience like that

Their on-line claims system is impossible to negotiate even with advanced computer skills, their claim process is extremely slow and they don't pay on legitimate claims when they should. Total scammers who exploit Seniors when they have least amount of income!
