I was given a comprehensive, detailed, point by point about the 2 policies I selected. This was followed up with comprehensive details about both policies and links to download the policies to my laptop. The premiums are 20% less than my current policies.

I have always been a loyal customer but decided to shop around after receiving my Home & Contents renewal with premium increased by over $900 (I have never had a claim). Australian Seniors was very competitive in premium price with incentive discount on premium for new customer. I was able to get their top policy which included accidental damage for same cost of standard policy with my existing insurance company. Will be interesting to see premium cost after first year. Was great to be able to talk to same representative on phone each time and follow up by Elliott was appreciated. Elliott was patient and courteous and policy explained well. I could not fault Australian Seniors customer service. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

The Lady that I spoke to was Wonderful!!!! I Truly feel for all the Staff, having to read out such an amount of of the Critical Information, (They need to have a Glass of Water handy, for afterwards, whew!!). I'm Truly Grateful for the Products available, and the fact that I'm eligable for various discounts, mmmm, I must be aging.... I Truly Appreciate with being looked after, with 40+ years in Retail myself, as some Customers that I served needed to take a Chill Pill.... I wanted a quote online to achieve the best discount offered (30%) for home and contents insurance. The system told me to call customer service. The system could not complete my quote and did not tell me why so that I could reconsider and amend my selections. I then had to answer all the same questions to the customer service team member taking considerable time. I waited 4 days but did not receive the quote. So, I emailed customer care and asked for details to be included on the discounts and a copy of the questions and my responses. They emailed me a pdf of the quote but did not provide information on the discounts or a copy of the questions and my answers. So, I spoke to a team member again and he informed me I had been sent the wrong quote document. He sent the quote document that enabled me to view all of the questions and responses, but did not show the application of the discounts. I went back online and completed the quote and accepted/paid for the policy. The Certificate of Insurance also did not show what discounts had been applied! Note my previous insurer clearly shows the discounts applied and as this is a commercial term, I would have expected the same from Australian Seniors Insurance. Finally, the questions on security features do not allow for security screen doors with deadlocks (the only allowance is for windows). The questions also do not allow for non-monitored/back to base alarms systems.
