I got a home & content insurance .when l pay a did a payment for a year but my intention was to pay monthly, l call to change from year to month . Original (year) was canceled but you people change the quote from $129.73 to $130.09 , l did not agree with the change of the quoted price . Call two time to found out about the Team response but still nothing happened. That was two days ago.

I would have thought she would have got a bit frustrated with the many calls I made but she was always polite, helpful and cheerful. A pleasure to deal with and a real asset to your organization. in the end I took out the Home and Contents Policy which was very competitive.
