All good. Do not appreciate a cold call from sales after completing an online quote. The fact that I am required to leave a contact phone number as well as an email address is a big negative. Email is sufficient in today's market. If I wanted to deal directly with the company then I would not do the quote online. That is one reason I will not deal with one of your main competitors.

I believe the purchased service to be excellent and what I was looking for. The service will cover all my needs and was at a very reasonable price. I haven't made any claims so cannot comment on this at this time. However I am confidence all will be fine should I need to. The phone conversation I undertook was very polite and helpful. I did not have to wait a long time before the call was answered. In this day that is very unusual.

Guy was amazing, he explained everything clearly and politely. He really understood what sort of policy I was looking for. The only reason I gave an average score is because the cost of living has skyrocketed (not your fault of course), I find it hard to find a comfortably affordable policy. I would give Guy 5 stars out of 5 though.
