I spoke with a very pleasant lady easy to understand throughout the conversation and she was very helpful. Accepted the quote as it much cheaper than other companies offering me the same coverage. Appears their system does not allow on line completion if you do not have starting Klms....very hard when buying brand new car. Promised call back to complete sign up not received, in the end did all on line once car dealer rang with starting klms ....16
