Joel was fantastic, he made me feel in charge which is what I like . Joel explained everything to me .. I understood everything and If I had any queries Joel took my back and re explained everything. I signed up straight away and understood my paper work would come to me on deciding who would be my benificieries .. an easy transaction and Joel had expert product knowledge. thank you Joel
