They tried to increase my premium by over $100 because I made an error in my 41 year old daughter’s year of birth. Tried to correct this 3 days later when the full policy was emailed and checked for correctness by myself. To no avail. Explanation was nonsensical in the circumstances and they were adamant I had to pay the higher premium. This all happened prior to the commencement date of the policy, so naturally I cancelled the policy and took my business elsewhere.

All I tried todo was update an existing policy to cover a new car purchase. Staff were nice enough but the process ended up taking almost two hours. It didn’t help that I hung up in utter frustration once and left our new car, unknowingly, uncovered for a couple of days.

The Customer Services officer dealing with my case, was very polite, courteous, friendly and explained everything in detail, well spoken and extremely well presented. No questions were left unanswered. The icing on the cake was the huge savings in my pocket. It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Australian Seniors, looking forward to dealing this Company again. I would rate you more than 5 Stars given the option. Highly recommend.
